Drupal 7 Database Layer: The Cheat Sheet

So, with the Drupal 7 release approaching we have a brand new database layer, matured and almost all bits of Drupal got ported, yay. All work that remains are the third party modules that first of all, need to start porting and using the cool new (TM) features afterwards.
Therefore we've put together this cheat-sheet to put on your desk, or above your bed of course.

Nice! Be aware that pager_query() is also going away soon, I hope. :-) (http://drupal.org/node/299267) I'm also not sure about the second column with relevant hooks. They're not all that DB-specific hooks, and they still have the old-style queries in them. (INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE.)
