Madletter is a full blown newsletter composer that works in a wizard like way. It allows you to create subscriptions listst to which users subscribe. Newsletter issues are composed in a builder that directly allows you to select Drupal nodes or allows you to add custom content, the newsletter builder supports templates and the templates support regions to which you can assign you'r newsletter content.
